It means your piece doesn't exist until you buy it. We don't keep inventory. We don't overproduce. When you place an order, it goes to print — made specifically for you, then shipped. It takes a little longer than fast fashion. That's the point.

Because every piece is made to order specifically for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference. We think that's fair — nothing sat in a warehouse waiting to be yours.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong in any way, we'll make it right. Reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Mostly yes, and we'll be honest about the rest. Most of our fabrics are GOTS-certified organic cotton — grown without synthetic pesticides, processed without harmful chemicals. Orders are fulfilled through Printful, whose facilities run on renewable energy and ship from the location closest to you to reduce transit distance.

What we haven't solved: shipping still has a carbon footprint. We're researching offset options and will update this page when we've committed to something real. No placeholders.

Each product page includes a size guide. Joy Syndicate pieces are designed to fit well across a range — when in doubt, our size guide has measurements in both inches and centimeters. If you're between sizes, size up.

Our product and fulfillment is done through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Production takes 2–5 business days. Shipping time depends on where you are — typically 3–7 business days for US orders, 5–14 business days internationally. You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships.
