Everything you need to know about how your order gets to you — and what happens if something goes wrong.

How your order is made

Every Joy Syndicate piece is made when you order it. That means there's a production step before anything ships. On average, fulfillment takes 2–5 business days. Most orders are ready in 3. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping times

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from the Printful facility closest to you — meaning your piece doesn't travel further than it needs to.

Destination Estimated shipping time

United States 3–4 business days after fulfillment

International. 5–20 business days after fulfillment

Total estimated delivery time = production (2–5 days) + shipping.

For a US order, that's typically 5–9 business days from purchase to doorstep. These are estimates, not guarantees — occasional carrier delays happen. If your estimated delivery date has passed, wait a few extra days before reaching out.

International orders & customs

We ship worldwide. Your order ships from the fulfillment facility nearest to your location, which reduces transit time and, in many cases, means no customs fees at all.

For orders shipping across international borders, import duties and taxes may be assessed by your local customs office. These fees are the buyer's responsibility. They vary by country and order value — check with your local customs office if you're unsure what to expect.

Returns & exchanges

Because every piece is made specifically for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for sizing preference or change of mind. Nothing sat in a warehouse waiting to be yours — it was made when you ordered it. We think that's a fair trade.

Before ordering, please check the size guide on each product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Something arrived wrong or damaged?

This one we take seriously. If there's a problem with an order — like a manufacturing error or a damaged item — we'll offer a free reprint or a refund.

Here's what to do:

  1. Take clear photos of the item showing the issue

  2. Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  3. We'll review and make it right — no runaround

If an order hasn't arrived, report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date Printful and we'll investigate with the carrier.
